Payroll Changes - Employers take note

Statutory Redundancy Rate
The cap for calculating Statutory Redundancy payments is increased from 1st October 2009 from £350 to £380.
Working Time Amendment Regulations
As of 1st April 2009 the Working Time Amendment Regulations (2007) came into force, with a rise in statutory holiday entitlement to 28 days (which can include bank holidays).
