JOHN HORSLEY FCA
John is the Chairman of PayScheme and Senior Partner
at George Hay, an associated firm of Chartered Accountants.
He initially trained at a City of London practice before
joining George Hay. John specialises in business
strategy and taxation for Corporate and Medium Sized
businesses. His specialist expertise covers business
acquisitions and disposals, company reconstructions,
raising finance, business and taxation planning, Inheritance
Tax and business succession.
John is a member of the Chartered
Institute's Faculty for Information Technology, Faculty
for Taxation and serves on a number of specialist Chartered
Accountants' groups including Charities, Healthcare,
Agriculture and IT.
Active within his local community John is a governor
of a special school, past President of the Rotary Club
of Sandy and past Chairman of Biggleswade Round Table.
